4TH STREET TENNIS COURTS NOTICE

The tennis courts on 4th Street will be closed from Thursday, 9/11/25, until Monday, 9/15/25, for court surface repairs.  Please feel free to use the Wheeler Park tennis courts on Lockerman Street until we reopen.

FALL LOOSE LEAF COLLECTION

Autumn is here and the leaves are beginning to fall.  The Denton Public Works  annual loose-leaf vacuuming removal starts Friday, October 17, 2025 through Friday, December 12, 2025.

LCRR Service Line Inventory

The Town of Denton recently completed an initial service line inventory for the Maryland Department of the Environment.  This inventory was required under the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) of the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations.  The inventory identifies the materials of service lines connected to the water distribution system.  The service line inventory is available to water customers upon request

 

STREET SWEEPER REMINDER

Street Sweeping takes place Friday mornings in downtown Denton. Whenever possible, please remove vehicles from the street until after the sweeper has gone by.

*Supplemental sweeping takes place as needed.
